The Tamarack restaurant was built in 1962 by the Gilbert family who ran it very successfully for many years,establishing it as one of the lakes regions best "Drive in restaurants". It has changed hands only twice since then and now the 3 brothers, George, Mike and Jim Clayton are making some exciting improvements to the menu and the restaurant itself..
